Filemaker  V4.1 is ready and can be downloaded (see the Filemaker link on the right)

What's new: 

• New passwords
• Better enrollment and attendance taking features (late enrolling improved)
• More quick sorting options at the top of pages
• Quicker and cleaner date selection using calendars
• Quick attendance feature for drop ins
• New student sign in sign out feature
• Students' homeroom/advisory field and roster for teachers by day
• Students' misc fields increased to 4 for extra data
• Improved designs and field placements for clarity
• PPICS reports updated with federal language and requirements
• PPICS reports can be changed to show for summer only, academic year, or both
• Student reports can be changed to show summer only, academic year, or both AND at the same time to show regular attendees  for days and hours of any amount
• Student Reports/ Regular attendee report can be selected for days and hours and will show three gradations compared with just one in the past
• Student Report for birthdays added
• Student Bus List report added
• Program Reports can be changed to show summer only, academic year, or both
• Program report for subsidy reimbursement added
• Attendance records can be found through scripts related tables
• And, remember Version 12 of Filemaker is very powerful and can do much more!
